How quickly can we get going?

What does it cost?

Is the app really free?
Yes. The CrewByte app is free for every member of your team, on every plan. You are not charged per person for staff who only check their shifts.
Does it work across several sites?
Yes. Rotas, staff, permissions and reporting are all location-aware, so a franchise or multi-site operator sees each site clearly and the whole group together.
Do staff need training?
No. Managers get a short walkthrough; staff download the app and see their shifts. That is the whole thing.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. Our privacy position and security boundaries are set out in the Trust centre and on our GDPR page, and we do not claim certifications we have not earned.
